Year 10, Female

"I found better ways to cope with my emotions. Before, I would self-harm when I was upset - now I use grounding tools like box breathing"

Year 9, Male

"I did what Manny asked us to do at home and now I can talk to my parents - they actually listen."

Year 10, Female

"You saved people's lives. You saved mine. Thank you <3"

Year 11, Male

"I felt more safe to express my feelings instead of bottling up everything"

Year 10, Male

My knowledge about my culture and understanding of how the brain operates has majorly improved thanks to the LCYP. The parts that meant the most to me was when we talk about our problems and think of ways to solve it. How comfortable and welcoming I feel when I come to Legacy is amazing.
I can't help improve the program but I would definitely recommend LCYP to others as the program and who run it are amazing people that truly listen and try to understand you. Overall, an amazing program that I love to be a part of.

Year 11, Female

Something that has helped me since starting LCYP is my talking more about my actions and my identity - the way I represent myself in school and home.
Learning about my values, this really helped me because it helped what I need to focus on doing more for the best.
