The vibrant water & land colours, allow us to immerse ourselves and symbolise our deep connection ot the land and our ancestors. From the past to the present and into the future, we honour our heritage, culture and continue to thrive.​The water pathways in the aqua blues represent our healing, culture, empowerment & legacy.
The land area with meeting places represents the places on which we meet and commit connecting with diverse communities and cultures. Each symbol and dotted areas represent a uniqueness reflecting the rich diversity of the community's customs, traditions and history.​
Empowering Community Connections embodies the connections between community members, clients and staff at Legacy Connect. It shows a commitment to learning, showcasing and implementing culturally safe practices within Legacy Connect. The final sun shaped symbols represent the meaning of Community Together. It reflects the true purpose and essence of the values of respect, belonging, trust, understanding and empathy when collaborating with First Nations peoples in our communities.
